Huntsham Close, Altrincham – The roof goes on
Despite the poor weather today, our team have battled on to get the roof structure formed as we push to get the extension water tight in week 4 of the project.
The Meadows, Saddleworth – Ready for the kitchen installation
Structural alterations complete, first fix of electrics and plumbing completed, walls plastered and mist coat applied kindly by the client themselves!!! Ready for the jigsaw to take shape!!! Watch this space!!!
Huntsham Close, Altrincham – Superstructure brickwork complete
Another phase complete as the bricklayers move on ready for the roofers to start on the roof construction, hopefully (for them) before the snow lands!!!
Wellington Road extension complete
This two storey extension and complete re-roof in Altrincham has helped transform this Victorian detached property from a 3 bedroom home to a beautiful five bedroom family home adding two new double bedrooms and a large playroom for the little ones!!
The Meadows, Saddleworth – Opening formed for new bi-folds
The opening has now been formed and protected ready for the new aluminium bi-folding doors to be installed.
Huntsham Close, Altrincham – Substructure brickwork completed
Steady progress made this week as the substructure brickwork is completed and the prep work for the slab starts. Next week the slab will go in and the superstructure brickwork starts as the extension starts to take shape.
The Meadows, Saddleworth – Steels in place
The huge steel supports were put in place today, opening up the whole kitchen diner for the open plan living arrangement.

Foundations have gone in on the extension following LA inspection and approval.
